Pack It & Ship It

The shipping module allows you to create your own shipping rates for your store. You can offer No shipping for items you don't want to charge shipping costs for or for items like digital downloads. You can even go elaborate with event based or priority status shipping.

General Shipping Setup

1. Sign into your account.
2. Click the 'Manage Shipping' tile.
3. By default, you'll land on the Matrix Shipping tab. This area allows you to setup shipping rates based on zip code ranges, as well as, setup a flat rate shipping fee. 
4. Click the + icon in the upper right to create a new general matrix based shipping rate.
   1. Status: Set to enabled. 
   2. Flat Rate: If you will offer a flat rate fee per checkout enter the dollar value here.
   3. Upload CSV file. Leave this blank if you are using a flat fee. If not, download the sample demo file and update it with your shipping ranges. 
   4. Select Separator For File: This is in regards to your .csv file above. Most of the time it is a comma (,).
5. Click the forward arrow to go to the next screens to verify your matrix data and / or to save your details / flat rate shipping option.

Event Based Shipping

This shipping method is meant to offer shipping rates / values based on a time frame and a fixed amount or percentage of the total cart. 

1. Sign into your account.
2. Click the 'Manage Shipping' tile.
3. Click the 'Shippings' sub tab.
4. Under Event Based Shipping, in the gray area, click the + icon.
5. Select the beginning and ending dates that this shipping rate should apply through. 
6. Prefix: add to or take away the amount from your shipping values.
7. Type: Fixed or Percentage of the overall cart total (of your products).
8. Amount: Fixed amount to charge.
9. Click the forward arrow to go to the next screens to verify your  data and / or to save your details.

Priority Based Shipping

This shipping method allows you to set the number of days and the associated shipping charge to apply to the cart based on end user selection. 

1. Sign into your account.
2. Click the 'Manage Shipping' tile.
3. Click the 'Shippings' sub tab.
4. Click the Priority Based Shipping sub tab.
5. Under Priority Based Shipping, in the gray area, enter your details.
6. Click the forward arrow to go to the next screens to verify your  data and / or to save your details.
